What a show! Beautiful cats and kittens, and lots of them! I was showing in the adult, and the NBC, changed to Assessment, changed to New Trait. I have a sweet and beautiful Blue Marble guy I thought people would like to see. The kittens were amazing, and I could have stuffed quite a few in my shirt, had I worn the right one! I'll have to be smarter about that next show.

We'll start off with the adults. Now comes my brag time! Heck, this is my report, and I can brag about my almost 7 year old male who can STILL bring in the finals. That's all I'll do for this report. But I am so proud of my beautiful boy. I don't think you can tell how much I just love this boy : )

Let me tell you the impressive group of kittens that were being shown. As one judge put it, each one could be best of breed. How can one person pick 5 cats out of them, AND give them an order?! These judges must have been going crazy trying to pick and chose!

A special note for after this show. Juan & Maribel Gonzalez started the Annual Thomas Jaros Sharp Award for the best brown spotted Bengal, voted by the Bengal breeders. This year's winner was Calcatta's Custom Made - owner - Christina Dahleen. She was quite surprised that she won, but her boy was truly outstanding.

I won't be going to the next show in 2 weeks. I will be taking care of my parents while my dad is recuperating from surgery. Funny how the tables are turned. Now I can tell them what to do, eat, etc.
