Arcadia Show Report

Hello all you Bengal nuts. After an exhausting weekend of ogling at a beautiful bunch of cats and kittens, I thought I'd write the report tonight - I get to work early tomorrow. It was an awesome weekend, and it did this breeder a world of good to be around my friends this weekend.

It was an amazing show, with cats that were off the chart. All the owners and breeders can be proud of the cats that were shown here this weekend. I would have been happy to have tucked an extra cat (or kitten) under my shirt, but I think the owners would have been upset with me. In some cases, the owners know where I live, sigh.

I had my soul regenerating weekend with my sweet boy Saiph. It was a hard weekend for me, since it was my first Father's Day without my dad. With the help of my friends, I made it though without too much crying. With the love and cuddles from Saiph, it was almost bearable. Actually, I couldn't have made it though the weekend without him. Those who show with me, know the special love and bond we have. This stunning boy who is 100% sweet and kind, without a mean bone in his body. For those of you who haven't had the opportunity to meet him, you probably think I'm just a bit biased. I am, but this is my moment for me to brag about my big love.

I do want to say a special congratulation to Bruce and Viki Safely and Barbara and Tom Quiring. Their babies did very well this weekend, and I think collectively between all their cats they received at least 22 finals.

For all the owners and cats, congratulations for such a stunning group of cats and kittens. The judges worked hard for their money this weekend!
