This was a show that was quite bitter sweet for me. This is the first show in many years I didn't have my heart and soul, Saiph. He is in heaven showing in God's cat show, where all our past babies are there - and all winning first place. It was hard driving to the show, and I came really close to turning around and going home. And the trip home wasn't much easier. Listening to Tears in Heaven by Eric Clapton was playing on the CD, and I cried - a lot. It was wonderful, as always, to be with my other cat nut friends. We laughed and cried, and remembered what a sweet boy Saiph was, and how he will be missed by all.

I would like to thank every one for bringing such beautiful babies to share with us all, and I know any of these cats and kittens could be best cat in all the rings. I look forward to the next show when I can bring 2 of Saiph's kids to show - and maybe have them follow in his pawprints.

pawprint With warmest of spotted bellies!
